James Horsfield (ANAEA) – Sales & Lettings Valuer and Negotiator

Having spent over 12 years working for local Estate Agents in Brighouse and surrounding areas, the time came for James to branch out and use his expertise and experience to do the job he loves for himself, where he knew he could provide a fantastic service to his customers.

He has vast experience working across Calderdale and Kirklees, which means he has the necessary knowledge to be able to accurately value and market properties for sale and to let.

With excellent communication and organisation skills, he looks forward to bringing your property to the market in a professional manner with his passion to getting it right first time.

James is an Associate Member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

James has lived in Hove Edge with his wife and family since 2011. He enjoys his caravan and goes away as often as his busy work life can allow.

Jackie McCrone – Sales Progressor & Lettings Manager

Jackie worked in the banking industry for over 25 years and has a wealth of Customer Service and corporate management experience. Jackie is very much a people person and is on hand and only a phone call away to help with any questions.

Jackie is proud to own and run the business along with James. She oversees the day to day running of the office, as well as co-ordinating and undertaking admin duties.

Jackies main role is as sales progressor, which requires a vast understanding of the conveyancing process and keeping customers up to date on their transaction of sale and purchase.

Jackie works with passion and dedication to ensure the best outcome for customers. She is thoroughly committed to working hard to achieve results.

Jackie has lived in Hove Edge since 2006 and know the area inside out. Her husband, two children and Flossy the dog enjoy spending quality time together in their caravan, whenever they get spare time!

Natalie Horsfield – Admin Assistant

Natalie is the wife of James and brings to the team a zest for life, eagerness to learn and drive to grow the business.

When you speak to Natalie on the phone or meet her in the office, you are automatically drawn to her bubbly and approachable personality.

She carries out all the office admin work and overseas the accounts department. She is learning the business from the inside out and is dedicated to ensuring the best outcomes for all our customers.

In her spare time, Natalie enjoys spending quality time with her family and going in her caravan.

Caron Stansfield – Lettings Co-Ordinator

Caron joined the team in August 2020 as Lettings Co-Ordinator. Having worked for over 7 years for other Estate Agents in the Brighouse area, she has a wealth of Lettings experience. Her role requires a vast understanding of current property legislation as well as extensive market knowledge.

Caron is currently studying for her Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management (ARLA).

She lives locally with her family and in her spare time enjoys exercising, healthy eating and quality family time.

Caron is a pleasure to have on board and an asset to our family business.
